At STAN Leather Store, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every product we make.
We ship worldwide with no extra shipping cost or customs duty fees—the price you see at checkout is the final cost.
We do not accept returns for change of mind due to high international return costs.
Our policy covers only defective, or incorrect items.
ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
We cannot accept requests if:
- You changed your mind or ordered the wrong size
- The item is customized or personalized
The item was purchased under heavy discount or clearance sale
CONDITION FOR RETURN
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- An unboxing video must be provided as proof when opening the package
Requests without unboxing proof will not be approved.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
- Free return shipping if the product is defective, or incorrect
- Customer pays return shipping for all other cases (e.g., sizing issue, preference)
- If reverse pickup is not available in your country, we may ask you to self-ship the item
OPTIONS FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
You can choose one of the following:
- Free replacement (no return needed in some cases)
- Discount coupon or gift voucher for future purchase
REFUNDS
Our focus is always on making things right through replacements or discount coupon. Refunds (Money Back Guarantee) are considered only in situations where other options are not suitable.
Refunds may be approved if:
- The product is defective or incorrect, and a replacement is either not acceptable to you or not available from us
- A suitable replacement or alternate option is unavailable
- A refund is required under applicable local laws
- The original product is returned to our facility in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. In such cases, the customer covers the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or incorrect shipment
If a refund is approved, it will be issued:
- To your original payment method, or to an alternate account if agreed
- Processing usually begins within 2–3 business days after return confirmation
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account
WHAT’S NOT ELIGIBLE
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products without tags, signs of use, or missing unboxing video
PACKING TRANSPARENCY
For your peace of mind, before dispatch we share a packing photo that shows:
- Your product
- The shipping label with your name, address, and tracking number
This ensures clarity about what is being shipped.
