At STAN Leather Store, we deliver all leather goods directly from our in-house factory (STAN INDIA) to your doorstep — no matter where you are.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We ship worldwide, with a current focus on the United States.
We plan to expand to the UK, EU, Australia, and other markets soon.
All orders are delivered directly to the customer’s address.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer free standard international shipping on all orders.
There are no shipping charges at checkout — the price shown at checkout is the final price.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use trusted international carriers:

  • FedEx
  • DHL Express

All shipments are fully tracked and insured until delivery.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once packed and picked up, parcels move into transit — even on weekends, if picked up before Sunday.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • UK / Europe: 4–6 business days
  • Australia: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of the World: Around 7 business days

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

Total Delivery Time (Processing + Transit):

  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • Worldwide: 4–10 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary slightly based on your location, customs clearance, or seasonal demand.

ORDER TRACKING

We keep customers informed at every step. Customers receive the following once an order is shipped:

  • shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number of FedEx or DHL
  • Real-time updates via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable)

Tracking is available anytime using the link provided.

CUSTOMS or DUTY FEES

There are no customs or duty fees at the time of delivery.
The price the customer pays at checkout is all the customer pays.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
There are no current restrictions on our leather goods under international shipping laws.

DELIVERY & REFUSALS

All orders are pre-paid.
If a customer refuses delivery (including due to delays), the package will be returned to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued
Please make sure the delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid issues.
